Peter is a partner based in our France office. As one of the leaders of the Operations and Sustainability Practices, he is an expert in major transformation programs with manufacturers and supporting organizations in the chemical, agrochemical, and food industries.

Peter works on topics ranging from digital transformation to optimizing industrial facilities. He focuses on approaches to improve production and supply chain through the application of new technologies by combining pioneering business approaches and the use of advanced analytics. Peter is also specialized in the decarbonization of heavy industry and its assets to achieve a carbon neutral industry by 2050.

Prior to joining McKinsey in 2011, Peter cofounded and led Admaro, a company working for major automobile manufacturers on their supplier development programs.

He holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Leuven, as well as an MBA from the Leuven Business School.
