Rohit is a partner in McKinsey’s Operations Practice, based in Chicago. He works with industrial, travel, and logistics companies to drive transformation of their performance across core operations and corporate functions.

Rohit is also a leader within the firm’s digital service operations work. In this role, he helps clients use digital and automation technologies to redesign processes and functions with a goal of driving a step change in productivity.

Examples of Rohit’s recent work include the following:

  • helping a global hospitality and entertainment provider redesign their operations and corporate functions, establishing an automation center of excellence and achieving a 15 percent reduction in operating expenses
  • supporting the digital transformation of a global logistics provider aiming to digitize processes and rapidly scale their business while optimizing their operations
  • helping a global industrial company drive a step change improvement in their performance through streamlining operations, digitizing processes, and simplifying their IT landscape
  • leading the design of centralized shared services for a US-based hotel operator driving standardization of processes across all their properties

Prior to joining McKinsey, Rohit spent several years in multiple roles across engineering and sales at a global automated test-equipment manufacturer.
