Skills for Success
Series of Virtual Events
At McKinsey, we know that diverse and inclusive teams enrich creativity, innovation, and problem-solving abilities. We are passionate about progressing representation in social mobility and welcome individuals from a wide range of backgrounds to join us.
If you are currently pursuing any degree in Europe, or are a recently graduated professional, join us for Skills for Success! It is a series of four informal virtual skill-building sessions and has been designed for individuals with diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.* You will have the chance to learn more about McKinsey, hear from members of our Prism network (Progressing representation and inclusion in social mobility), as well as learning skills to help you on your career journey.
To sign up for any of these sessions you will be asked to submit your CV. This is for tracking purposes only. Please don’t worry if your CV is not job-ready as this programme is separate to a job application! You will learn these skills as part of the series and will always be able to update this at a later stage. You only need to apply once and this will ensure you get information on all the sessions in the series. We encourage you to participate in all the sessions, however if you cannot attend them all please do not worry about missing any. You can apply at any point during the series to receive information on the upcoming sessions. To sign up for the full program please apply by October 15. To join the program later in the series please apply by the final deadline of November 3, 2024.
*This may encompass a variety of experiences, including but not limited to being the first generation in your family to attend university, having received a scholarship based on financial needs or demographics, or growing up in a low-income household.
