We’re proud of our two alumnae, Megan Prichard and Jen Wong, who are respectively making their second and third consecutive appearances on the list.
Jen Wong (NYO, STA 04-10)
COO, Reddit

As Reddit gears up for an IPO – and enjoys a current valuation of more than $10 billion – Jen tells Fast Company, “I’m exactly where I want to be.”
She explains in an interview with the magazine that she never expected to be in a leadership role, saying it was “an evolution.”
One of her major accomplishments at Reddit has been to revamp its ad business; last year, the company was reported to be on track to exceed $350 million in revenue from advertising.
Megan Prichard (SPO, SCA, SVO 11-16)
VP, Ridehail, Cruise

Under Megan’s leadership at Cruise, the autonomous-vehicle subsidiary of General Motors, self-driving car rides have begun in San Francisco. She is also involved in designing a wheelchair-accessible version of the Cruise’s flagship electric vehicle, the Origin.
Megan says that the Origin’s design will make transportation “more equitable" – by increasing accessibility, lowering costs, and reducing consumers' carbon footprints (the car can seat six riders).
“Self-driving cars are here,” Megan tells Fast Company. “This technology is happening now, and it's going to change the transportation landscape forever.”
