Connected Leaders Academy is a training program which leverages McKinsey’s award-winning leadership development capabilities grounded in learning science to help organizations expand opportunity, improve talent pipelines, and unlock the full potential of people within the organization.

Connected Leaders Academy, offered at no cost, supports early professionals, midcareer managers, and senior executives. CLA provides participants an opportunity to connect identity, authenticity, and leadership. Programs provide spaces for deeper levels of discovery and discussion, some of which may be particularly relevant in the context of Black, Hispanic and Latino, and Asian identities. We welcome any participant who our clients select to participate in the CLA programs.

Our programs

We offer three programs designed for leaders in different stages of their careers:

Leadership Essentials

Designed for early careerists and individual contributors with up to seven years of experience in the workforce who aspire to become team and people leaders, this program sharpens core business understanding, dives into effective day-to-day leadership and execution, examines self-leadership, and provides a robust network of peers and experts.

Management Accelerator

Designed for mid-career managers who are typically three to five levels below the C-suite and aspire to take the challenging leap into senior leadership roles. This program focuses on building core management and leadership capabilities needed to lead successful businesses and teams.

Executive Leadership Program

Designed for senior executives preparing to ascend to C-suite roles, this program focuses on building the executive leadership capabilities and network that distinguish successful executives to help them achieve the next critical step in their careers.
