Gregory leads the Wave team. He brings experience serving clients of various McKinsey sectors (including transformation, restructuring, postmerger management, and supply chain management) in multiple industries.

Benoit leads Wave’s global team of over 100 service delivery and client success experts. He brings more than 20 years of consulting and management expertise as a McKinsey consultant and a senior executive at telecom and pharmaceutical companies.

Matteo focuses on building partnerships between Wave and McKinsey practices to serve clients distinctively on specific business transformations. He specializes in project management offices, large-scale transformations, and software as a service (SaaS).

Michel leads product design and engineering for Wave. He brings more than 15 years of experience in agile product management of B2B SaaS products as well as transformative program management.

Cornelia leads Wave’s global business and financial operations and has expertise ranging from organizational transformations and postmerger situations to strategic marketing initiatives.

Tony, who leads the APAC region, focuses on business development and client service. He brings over 15 years of experience advising clients about leveraging program management platforms to run successful, large-scale transformation and change programs.

Edward, who leads the Americas region, focuses on operational and strategic growth, account management, and business development. He has expertise in technology and innovation strategy, transformation programs, and project-management offices.

Mitzi provides expertise in integrated marketing communications, sales force enablement and effectiveness, and global brand development. She brings more than ten years of experience working with leading brands to develop and execute their go-to-market strategies.

Lara is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining Wave’s 150+ colleagues. Prior to McKinsey, Lara worked in recruitment and talent development at a number of professional services firms, from established leaders to disruptive entrants.
