As part of your application, you will be asked to complete our online digital assessment, known as Solve. This does not require any preparation or prior business knowledge. Some roles require an additional online assessment before proceeding to interview stage. More details will be shared after submitting your application.
Selected candidates will be invited to interview from late February to early March 2023. These interviews will include at least two conversations with McKinsey colleagues.
You can either apply as a generalist consultant to any of our offices in Europe, or if you have industry experience, you can apply for a practice consulting role. The majority of roles are available across multiple European offices, but where they are only available in certain offices, this will be made clear. Please note that for some roles, not all locations are available.

Generalist consultants work on a broad range of topics and have not yet specialized in a specific field. In these roles you will help our clients in the private, public, and social sectors solve some of their most pressing problems. You will also work with a range of experts in the firm, from data scientists and researchers, to software and app designers.
Note: London is not available as a location for generalist roles because the intake window is already closed.
