As part of your application, you will be asked to complete our online digital assessment, known as Solve. This does not require any preparation or prior business knowledge. Selected candidates will be invited to interview from late February to early March 2023. These interviews will include at least two conversations with McKinsey colleagues.

You can either apply as a generalist consultant to any of our offices in Europe, or if you have industry experience, you can apply for a practice consulting role. The majority of roles are available across multiple European offices, but where they are only available in certain offices, this will be made clear. Generalist consultants work on a broad range of topics and have not yet specialized in a specific field.
