BUILD Fellow

In this role, you will work with a variety of teams during a series of rotational assignments over the 2-year program. You will build a network of peers and mentors, develop your personal leadership toolkit, build on your strengths, and learn about different types of roles at the firm. As a BUILD Fellow, you will learn various tools and skills, core business essentials, advanced communication tactics, and foundational problem-solving methods. At the end of the 2-year development program, Fellows may apply for available full-time open positions or pursue other external opportunities. Availability of full-time roles at McKinsey is not guaranteed.

BUILD is a 2-year rotational opportunity for university graduates from select Atlanta, Boston, or New York colleges and universities, where you will gain real world professional experience across various pathways at the firm.

You will be part of our BUILD program based in either our Atlanta, Boston, or New York offices, and will rotate across a variety of teams during the program. These rotations will be a mixture of internal and/or client adjacent roles.

• Strong record of leadership and initiative taking
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Work effectively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
• Communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English
