Prism
We want McKinsey to feel like home for anyone. The Prism community (‘Progressing Representation and Inclusion in Social Mobility’) is for colleagues interested in social mobility and broadening others’ access to our firm.
Equal at McKinsey

In 1995, a group of colleagues created Equal at McKinsey, our LGBTQ+ network, which formally demonstrates our commitment to LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion. Equal at McKinsey has grown to include people globally, including straight colleagues–Equal at McKinsey Allies–and it is a source of support and mentorship as well as a resource on benefits and workplace issues. Equal at McKinsey also works with community and human-rights organizations.

Black Network
Since 1991, McKinsey's global Black Network has brought people together and created opportunities for colleagues, clients, and alumni. Whether through social events, professional-development conferences or mentoring, this network is incredibly active and supports our Black colleagues of all tenures.
Hispanic and Latino Network
McKinsey’s Hispanic and Latino Network includes Americans of Hispanic background and people from Latin America and Spain who live and work in the United States. With its great diversity of members, this network offers the community, mentoring and support we all expect from McKinsey.

Veterans@McKinsey supports people from all branches of military service around the world.
