Briony Baxter is the founder of the Mental Health and Well-Being initiative for London-based Executive Assistants. She also co-leads the UKIIO chapter of Access, our firm’s network supporting colleagues with physical and mental health challenges, as well as chronic illnesses.

Briony is passionate about fostering a more inclusive and supportive environment at our firm. Her personal experiences with anxiety and chronic conditions fuel her dedication to driving meaningful change and empowering colleagues to share their stories.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Briony is a busy mother of two, a wife, and a devoted dog lover. She finds joy in carving out personal time for spa days or connecting with friends.

Briony is open about her experiences with anxiety, Type 1 diabetes, and other chronic conditions. She believes that showing professional vulnerability creates a safe space for others to share their challenges and find support. Her advocacy helps reduce the isolation often associated with health challenges, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
