As a Recruiting Administrator, you will perform a range of administrative tasks to support service operations processes. Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, scheduling interviews, ensuring proper internal interview preparation, collecting and documenting feedback, scheduling decision meetings, and gathering availability from candidates and assessors. Additionally, you will manage a high volume of candidate information and ensure that all details in the candidate tracking system are accurate and up-to-date.
You will execute pre-defined, script-based administrative support processes, ensuring error-free administration in your assigned areas of responsibility. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle problem-solving and process administration while continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires you to organize, manage, and share information, including sensitive people data, using various systems and tools.
As the first point of contact for queries related to your responsibilities, you will proactively search for and share knowledge, know when to ask questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals. You will ensure accurate data entry in case management requests and support process excellence, contributing to project implementation by embracing new processes and driving change. You will collaborate with colleagues, support them during heavy workloads, and provide cover when needed.
