You’ll oversee all operation-related activities in the Assistant SL. You’ll monitor service levels and develop SL to ensure delivery of world-class service. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning for the SL's growth and development as well as sharing/implementing best practices.
Additionally, you’ll oversee EA staffing processes for teams in India and develop a deep understanding of SL’s staffing landscape, demand drivers and attrition needed to anticipate hiring needs.
You’ll lead recruiting efforts to maintain adequate staffing levels and match qualified candidates to local needs; contribute to hiring decisions.
You’ll oversee all personnel-related issues in the SL. You’ll lead, motivate and mentor team members to enhance their effectiveness and overall job satisfaction.
You’ll oversee Team Leaders development and performance management. You’ll lead, motivate and coach them to enhance their effectiveness and job satisfaction.
Furthermore, you’ll support team leaders to assess team members' development needs and arrange individualized or group-based trainings as well as ensure timely and thorough performance evaluations
You’ll support team members in conceptual and project management issues as needed. You’ll act as a liaison between the SL and internal customers/senior leadership.
Lastly, you’ll assist the EA Manager with development and implementation of strategic initiatives of the SL and take an active role in the professional community locally, regionally, and globally.
