Who You'll Work With

You will work in our Casablanca Office as a Business Analyst.
This program is open to last year students and fresh graduates from African excellence schools and universities. The Business Analyst Program helps to develop exceptional young local talents into future African leaders, through a distinctive curriculum and an unrivaled learning environment.
Those accepted into the program will work as integrated members of our teams, gaining experience in different departments (research, etc.) in the McKinsey environment.

Your impact within our firm

You'll work in teams of typically 3-5 consultants to identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge. Together, you will help clients make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals.  
Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate, and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You'll also present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. In some cases, you will be asked to travel to your client site.

As a Business Analyst, you will receive training and coaching on how to better:

Your qualifications and skills

  • University degree
  • Outstanding record of academic achievement
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytical and quantitative problem-solving
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in French and in English
