You’ll join our office in San Jose, Costa Rica and be part of our Digital and Technology insights (DTi) team and our Client Capabilities Network (CCN). At CCN, we deliver distinctive client impact through products, offerings and expertise and are driven by a culture of innovation.
At DTi, we use McKinsey’s cumulative expertise across a range of digital, AI and technology topics including strategy, talent, sourcing, operating model, technology spend and capabilities, data and more. Our global team of more than 100 colleagues offers deep and broad capabilities through its products and expertise to help medium and large organizations solve some of their most complex digital and technology problems and rewire the way they operate. Our offerings, products and expertise help business, analytics, digital and IT executives generate the insights they need to address both strategic and day-to-day technology decisions. Our offerings complement McKinsey's traditional client service and are delivered in many ways, including analytical tools, subscriptions, workshops, and project-based engagements. We work closely with clients to embed our offerings, analyses, and expertise, and provide on-going support to help them build the capabilities they need to revolutionize how decisions are made.
Our team provides a unique opportunity to take on an entrepreneurial challenge and have clear impact on business, all while leveraging the knowledge and network of a world-class consultancy. It is helping to shift our model toward expert-based consulting and redefining what it means to work at McKinsey.
