In this role, you will support team members, consultants and clients on requests and engagements in your knowledge area. You will apply yourself to the complex issues leading companies are facing in life sciences, particularly in pharmaceutical operational aspects such as manufacturing networks, external supply management or supply chain optimization, as well as the emergence and impact of digital and automation technologies in these areas.
You will also possess and develop further a broad understanding of industry/economic trends and issues to create a distinctive area of expertise in life sciences, supporting the Life Sciences Operations practice leaders on priority initiatives and on their leadership agenda (e.g. developing practice qualification materials, preparing for leadership meetings, etc.), and help project teams understand industry trends and players, and solve research problems.
You will also leverage your knowledge base to codify existing knowledge and best practices to develop new fact packs, summary perspectives, and other research products, develop and lead analytical products (e.g. benchmarking or cleansheeting product), while producing high quality client-ready end products which are complete, synthesized, and logically structured.
Over time, you will coach new team members and peers in areas of personal expertise, contributing to the professional growth of junior colleagues and assist the success of the knowledge management team, by building strong communities across the practices/offices and by developing strong links with knowledge professionals in other units as well as with consultants across the firm.
