You will apply a suite of sales assets that will help clients optimize their sales planning, coverage strategy, go-to-market model, front-line talent and commercial capabilities.
In this role, you will have responsibilities that will include translating business problems into appropriate configurations of the solution, orchestrating the solution delivery process with a global team of colleagues and preparing client deliverables with in-depth analysis and distinctive insights. You will leverage our firm assets to serve clients and create sustainable impact. You will often work on more than one project at a time that will include optimizing their planning, coverage strategy, go-to-market model, front-line talent and commercial capabilities.
You will work with client representatives and McKinsey consultants in joint problem solving sessions and will drive the process of translating data, benchmarks and analytics into value added insights and recommendations to help clients achieve breakthrough commercial improvements including sales productivity and go-to-market excellence. You will be fully responsible to deliver our diagnostic solutions in close collaboration with both McKinsey consultants and clients. You will ensure effective and impactful diagnostic projects and scope. You will set up, run, and analyze the findings of our diagnostics. Our McKinsey consultants will look to you for guidance on setting the marketing & sales agenda for their clients and will see you as a thought partner in client development and client service strategies.
You will also be an entrepreneurial leader in our solutions team, taking ownership for improving our existing assets and helping us innovate new ones. You will be directly involved in improving the process and technology improvements needed to further scale our client support model.
