years in a consulting/analytics position

Background in, or strong
interest for, Marketing & Sales in B2B (business-to-business); willingness to specialize in the area and bring
related expertise to McKinsey teams and clients

Experience applying
analytics, knowledge of R, SPSS or Python
is a plus

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop
data-driven strategies and solutions

Proven ability
to extract actionable insights from complex data sets to support decisions

Confidence and
ability to work with senior firm stakeholders

Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process
complex information and present it clearly and simply
