Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our São Paulo Office as part of the client development hub team in Brazil.
You will work on teams and help the best organizations in Brazil across the private, public, and social sectors. Your team will be prepared to give you all the support you need to understand how we work and how we serve our clients.

Your impact within our firm

You will work collaboratively in teams including experts in different disciplines, having exposure to leadership and receive extensive additional training to expand your skill set.  
In this role, you will focus on developing client proposal in specific sectors from the beginning of your professional experience and become an expert throughout your career. You will also, as you grow in this position, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses.
This position was created to develop talents into real leaders through research, training, mentoring and coaching sessions. Along the program your career development, a variety of top management issues will be presented to you and to your team-mates, firm colleagues from different offices and practices and clients. 

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any course with expected graduation between December 2022 and December 2024
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate ideas most effectively; both verbally and in writing - in English and the local office language(s)
  • Available to be located in São Paulo
