In this role, you will have primary responsibilities in intake and triage of new client engagements and requests from teams where you will monitor the local inbox (where CSTs reach out on risk input in the context of serving potential clients), run checks on systems for contextual information, assign cases to our Advisors and follow up with specialist teams and advisors as required.
You will also help ensure our data and records are of excellent quality by running data quality checks (e.g. for risk guardrails), supporting Advisors on completing case data entries on our proprietary database (the Case Management System), creating bespoke data dashboards to keep track of key case related outcomes and metrics and convening reconciliation calls with Advisors.
You will provide CSR and other firm functions colleagues with advice and support on how to best leverage key tools and databases (including CMS, Engage, MIRO etc.).
You will support our PRACL model and SHaPE reporting requirements in the region. You will also support the implementation of improvements to our operating model including on knowledge-management, reporting and risk awareness efforts. Over time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to special projects and other risk initiatives, gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm.
