You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Spendscape solution.
In this role, you will operate as the lead point of contact for best practices in deployment and adoption of Spendscape with a particular focus on the early deployment, training and adoption phases of the solution. You'll partner with the Spendscape service delivery team and McKinsey’s consulting service teams to deploy Spendscape, deliver ongoing adoption activities and provide ad-hoc advisory services.
You will be responsible for advising clients and consulting service teams on key configuration choices for the Spendscape solution deployment. You'll manage and lead internal teams and clients to ensure fit-for-purpose and high-quality configuration, and you'll support the development and delivery of training to foster client adoption of Spendscape.
You'll have the opportunity to develop a trusted adviser relationship with internal and external stakeholders and will be responsible for the initial and ongoing commercial management of the client account which may require you to respond to proposal requests. You'll develop and deliver in-person or remote post-sales activities such as demonstrations, workshops, forums, events, etc.
You'll maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings, and you'll contribute ideas for new product and service development, marketing and communication initiatives and operational improvement.
