Your Impact

In this role, you will help shape and protect McKinsey’s reputation, highlight its expertise, and bring campaigns to life through engaging content, multi-channel communications, and targeted stakeholder engagement.
In terms of project management: you will develop and execute communications strategies for reports, special projects, storytelling (e.g., social posts, case studies), and key external/internal events (e.g., forums, webinars, roundtables). You will implement proactive strategies to address reputation risks, ensuring proper alignment with key stakeholders. You will track and analyze key performance metrics through reports and scorecards, providing insights to improve communication effectiveness.
In terms of creating effective communication, you will develop holistic, integrated, and engaging communications plans and content (e.g., strategic marketing briefs, media releases, blogs, talking points, Q&A documents) that adhere to firm-wide standards. You will ensure all communications align with McKinsey’s signature voice, visuals, and narrative, maintaining consistency across platforms. You will support internal communications initiatives across CE, including leadership messaging and firmwide updates.
