Are you driven by the opportunity to tackle complex challenges and work alongside top leaders? Do you want to be part of a team that delivers outcomes that others simply can’t? If so, you’ve come to the right place.

Who You'll Work With

You will act as a member of our regional compensation team in Europe (with some tasks related to other regions or globally).
This group implements the Firm-wide compensation philosophy, strategy, and design principles, and ensures execution of compensation across all European locations of the Firm. You will work in one of the European GCF core locations (Dusseldorf, Lisbon, Poznan, Prague) and work closely with our Market Compensation Leads (MCLs) spread across Europe (and beyond).
In your role, you will have the opportunity to engage on a range of initiatives driving our principles-based compensation design and execution across paths and markets consistent with our goal to create an unrivaled environment for exceptional people. You will collaborate with HR, professional development, talent and recruiting leaders in the region to ensure compensation strategy is meeting needs and advancing our people mission of attracting and retaining top talent.

Your impact within our firm

You will lead initiatives across compensation strategy and execution in the region and beyond for all pre-partner roles.
You will work closely with cell leaders to ensure global compensation strategy is adapted to the region and each local market, and with MCLs to ensure that cross-regional initiatives are carried out successfully. You will serve as a critical thought partner in the Global Compensation Function as global initiatives are designed and ultimately implemented.
You will lead efforts to implement global compensation initiatives within the region including compensation for new and/or redefined paths, in addition to supporting the YE compensation delivery for specific populations. You will partner with regional HR and people leaders (RPLs) as well as local stakeholders on both strategy and execution.
In addition to regional responsibilities, you will lead one or more global strategic projects per year (e.g., new structures and paths, enhancing digitization) or other priorities as identified by the Compensation Policy Committee. You will have extensive cross functional exposure including, and not limited to the Europe region, across cell and people leaders, across the people function (e.g., HR, professional development, talent, recruiting) and as relevant with other functions (e.g. finance, legal, mobility, etc.).  You will have extensive exposure to all service lines of the global compensation function, and you will coach, mentor, and develop more junior members of the Global Compensation Function.
