In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and enforcing project management standards, processes, and best practices for E&C program while also overseeing the execution of E&C activities such as day-to-day progress tracking of initiatives, as well as problem solving to resolve roadblocks and escalating items for senior support (e.g., program scrum teams, leadership check-ins, individual workstream implementation support).
As part of this, you will oversee weekly program-level reporting (progress, dependencies, planned next steps, and risks and mitigants) working with other stakeholders to accurately reflect these dimensions in reporting.
You will also provide regular updates to the firm leadership, E&C program oversight committees, and E&C leadership on the status of initiatives in response to regulatory obligations.
To continuously improve project performance against KPIs and metrics, you will conduct post-activity reviews, gather lessons learned, and refine project management practices.
To improve the efficiency of the transformation, you will oversee the build of a robust ecosystem of program management systems and tools to drive program execution. You will also support implementation and enhancement of software solutions for program management tracking, using as feasible, common systems and tools used in other functions.
You will also serve as the primary contact for specific E&C program-related questions and queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Collaboration is a key aspect of this role. You will manage interactions with cross-functional leaders, program leadership, and governance teams to resolve roadblocks and ensure smooth implementation.
Additionally, you will lead a high-impact team to deliver against priorities, supporting their growth and development needs through processes such as review, recruitment, and coaching.
Finally, you will play a critical role in sustaining and evolving our E&C program and upholding our commitment to integrity and lawful practices.
