• Undergraduate degree with outstanding record of academic achievement is required; advanced degree or MBA is advantageous
• 4+ years of work experience planning and leading at-scale digital marketing activities
• Ability to think quickly and critically on a broad range of digital marketing, channel strategy goals and approach across various verticals
• Outstanding records of professional achievement within a consulting firm is preferred
• Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technology
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Chinese
