Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with 2 of our senior partners/ partners, providing dedicated support, proactively organizing and managing their complex workday and creating close meaningful external relations. You will be in daily contact with national and international colleagues and clients, as well as planning internal and external events. You will work in a warm, caring, and fun work atmosphere in the center of Zurich with highly motivated professionals as your colleagues.
You will become part of a team of professional and dedicated executive assistants, who on a daily basis help and support each other.

Your impact within our firm

You will proactively manage your partner’s complex calendar and travel arrangements, provide broad administrative support, manage incoming communications, and prioritize emails to help organize and leverage time effectively as well as drive ad hoc tasks of various sizes and complexity. Organizing small events will also be part of your job.  
You will work with client assistants, internal colleagues, and other executive assistants worldwide.

Your qualifications and skills

  •  At least 2-year experience as an executive assistant or in a similar fast-paced and high-standard environment (or 5+ years of experience in hospitality)
  • Customer-oriented mindset and approach: focus on how to best support our partners, clients and colleagues
  • Entrepreneurial, highly motivated, with great organizational skills, the ability to perform calendar scheduling as well as other administrative tasks
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented and can handle expenses and timesheets with accuracy and care
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, and German, French is a plus
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work efficiently towards improvements and embrace challenges as opportunities for development
