You will work typically for 2-3 consultants, playing an active role in all aspects of client engagement.
As part of your role, you will reliably manage the schedules of consultants, ensuring the accurate scheduling of a high volume of both internal and client-related meetings. You are adept at organizing, prioritizing, and proactively forecasting to address any changes that may arise in the schedules. You will work seamlessly with McKinsey staff and clients to ensure proper communication and coordination of meetings and deadlines, all aimed at meeting client objectives.
In addition to calendar management, you will be responsible for making timely and accurate travel arrangements, understanding consultants' needs and planning flights, hotels, and car services.
You will also process internal accounting needs, including expenses and invoices, and coordinate document production and copies. Furthermore, you are expected to take care of visitors from overseas and support both internal and external events, handling aspects such as reception, arranging catering and IT equipment.
