You will work in small teams with colleagues and clients to build the capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results will be sustained.
You will focus for 18 months on truly mastering FIG Operations consulting, after which you may be offered a permanent role depending on the performance and office situation.
In this role, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. You will engage at a deep level across our FIG sector clients’ operations, from policy and strategy to service transformation and implementation. You will work on projects that improve outcomes, drive innovation and economic opportunity, and ensure FIG funds are spent efficiently and effectively. You will partake in client development and workshops for new and current clients, and write proposals for new client engagements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in and lead internal knowledge building initiatives and contribute to conferences and workshops.
Lastly, you will analyze data to identify opportunities and drive performance. You will set up and manage project management systems to track performance, and you will have the chance to strengthen your specific technical/sector expertise to offer specialist delivery support to clients.
Upon successful completion of the program, you may be considered for a full-time role. The role/title could be changed during the process depending on the candidate's expertise and interview result.
