Who You'll Work With

You will be based in Seoul office as part of our Financial Institution Group (FIG) practice.
You will help our clients in the retail & corporate banking, investment banking, insurance and other financial services sectors solve their most pressing problems. You will join a highly entrepreneurial team of consultants dedicated to growing and developing the impact of the FIG practice.
When you join McKinsey, you are joining a firm whose culture is distinctive and inclusive. You will receive exceptional training and ongoing coaching and mentoring. We will accelerate your development as a leader to create positive, enduring change in the world.

You will work on projects that improve outcomes, drive innovation and economic opportunity, and ensure FIG funds are spent efficiently and effectively. You will partake in client development and workshops for new and current clients, and write proposals for new client engagements. You will also have the opportunity to participate in and lead internal knowledge building initiatives and contribute to conferences and workshops.
Lastly, you will analyze data to identify opportunities and drive performance. You will set up and manage project management systems to track performance, and you will have the chance to strengthen your specific technical/sector expertise to offer specialist delivery support to clients.
Upon successful completion of the program, you may be considered for a full-time role. The role/title could be changed during the process depending on the candidate's expertise and interview result.
