Who You'll Work With

You will be based in the Seoul office as a member of the office services team, contributing to the functionality and appearance of the office. You will support office services, facilities, and reception for colleagues in the Seoul office, as well as for visitors and clients. You will be part of a team that always considers the safety and health of colleagues and works hard to ensure the office is sustainable and stable.

Your impact within our firm

You will perform various tasks on-site and keep a welcoming and organized reception and office space. You will also provide various support services to visitors and colleagues.  
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors coming to the office. You will greet all visitors politely and professionally and guide them. It’s also important to maintain and manage the meeting rooms and coordinate reservations to ensure smooth communication with clients.
You will establish and adjust security rules for office access, manage visitor entry, and issue and manage security badges for colleagues.
You will manage mail, packages, and international deliveries, and play an important role in delivering documents and items to colleagues working externally. This includes IT equipment, which also needs to be managed in inventory.
You will print documents directly in the office based on requests from colleagues, and bind them. If needed, you will also send printing requests to an external vendor.
You will handle the issuance of official documents, notarization, and provide support for visa-related tasks for transferees. External activities may also be required.
You will also provide backup support for other office service team members when needed.
You will have the opportunity to acquire various skills through multiple training programs, mentoring, and hands-on experience, allowing you to further develop.

Your qualifications and skills

  • University degree 
  • Must be a Korean Native speaker
  • 2+ years reception or related experience, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Confident, professional demeanor, both in person and on the phone
  • Demonstrates ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and sufficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage and handle priorities in different situations
  • Ability to approach tasks with strong organizational skills and collaborate with colleagues
  • Ability to communicate thoughts effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written form in English and the local office language
