You will help manage benefit plan operations for Partners and colleagues globally through a broad range of activities, including program design, strategy, analysis, communication, member support, training, and administration. This includes evaluation and recommendations for existing and new programs, building and managing relationships with benefit vendors, recognizing recurrent program concerns, maintaining plan documents, and reengineering of processes.

You will collaborate with function leaders and office personnel in ongoing reviews of global health and welfare plan alternatives. You’ll provide analysis and assistance with strategy and design to address Firm policy compliance and tax efficiency, and conduct due diligence on new offices and acquisitions.
You will maintain awareness of proposed legislation and regulations and assist with analyzing the potential effects to the Firm as well as operational and administrative changes to benefit plans and supporting documents.
Responsibilities also include serving as the main contact for escalated issues within the benefit program(s) you manage, providing guidance to other firm functions/offices (mobility, Partner personnel, HR, benefits representatives globally), and managing updates related to global legislative changes.
As part of the Global Benefits team, you will also serve as the project manager and/or subject matter expert on a variety of benefits initiatives (e.g., Open Enrollment, RFPs, plan implementations and/or design changes).
