You will be based in Bogota as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey.

Your impact within our firm

As a Salesforce Business Consultant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to ensuring customers are having the best experience.
You will design solutions based on Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Marketing and Analytics. Leading and guiding our customers on their digital transformation journey.
  
In this role, you will be analyzing business processes and defining complex data migration throughout the projects.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 6+ years on Salesforce business analysis/consultancy experience
  • Conceptual knowledge of cloud technologies; expertise gathering requirements
  • Knowledge of project methodologies
  • Customer-oriented
  • Result-oriented and proactive in your work
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
