You will be based in our Wroclaw office as part of our Client Capabilities Network. You will be a member of our Pharma Operations Benchmarking (POBOS) team. This group offers a broad range of pharma benchmarking services that cover drug product and drug substance production, quality, supply chain and other areas of pharma operations.

You will learn how to work with a state-of-the-art digital platform for benchmarking projects within the pharmaceutical industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a team of analysts in their day to day client work including data analysis and automation of back-end tools used in benchmarking projects. Throughout the work, you’ll collaborate and actively contribute to the workflow/activities within the team.
You will also have a chance to develop an understanding of operational excellence and the pharmaceutical industry.
This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship and open roles at the time.
- University student in the 3rd-4th year with studies in economics, engineering, statistics, finance, logistics, pharmacy or biotechnology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of Python is a big plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and energetic attitude
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to work in an international environment
- Fluent in English
