The IT services analyst is based in the Sao Paulo office in Brazil. The Tech Hub provides IT equipment support, logistics, and hardware life-cycle management across multiple service lines (new hire, migration, loaner, break-fix, quick ship) for McKinsey colleagues in the specified location or region.
As an analyst, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, restoration, and shipment of IT equipment. In addition, you are responsible for all processes related to warehousing and materials management, including monitoring and optimizing inventory levels and refilling inventories.
Your responsibilities will include purchasing activities such as obtaining offers and submitting orders, reviewing order confirmations, and tracking adherence to delivery deadlines.
Furthermore, you will maintain inventory management systems and optimize existing sourcing and service processes. Updating asset warehouse and ticket management systems is as much your responsibility as packaging, labeling, and shipping IT equipment.
