Who You'll Work With

You will be based in one of our offices in Brazil as part of our Brazilian Hub. 
You will work on teams to develop clients across the private, public, and social sectors in the region, collaboratively with the local leadership. You will work with colleagues across Brazil. Your team will be prepared to give you all the support you need to understand how we work and how we serve our clients.

Your impact within our firm

You will help local leadership to develop new, distinctive, and innovative approaches to proposals to clearly articulate how McKinsey creates impact for clients.  
In this role, you will help develop clients in the region, by developing proposals and possibly joining client engagement to solve some of their most difficult problems while you discover coaches, mentors and sponsors in your learning program.
You will, as you grow in this position, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses.
This 24-month program was created to develop regional talents in Brazil into real leaders through research, training, mentoring and coaching sessions. During the program, a variety of top management issues will be presented to you and, firm colleagues from different offices and practices and clients. At the end of your 24-month program, you may receive an offer to join us as a business analyst. 

Your qualifications and skills

  • Undergraduate degree in any course with graduation between Dec 2022 and Jul 2025
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate ideas most effectively; both verbally and in writing
  • Available to be located in Salvador (BA) or Belo Horizonte (MG)
