You will perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and appearance of the office.
You will assist with the maintenance of the physical office space. Your important tasks will include maintaining the office environment, overseeing the upkeep of office equipment and furniture, handling simple repairs, and collaborating with vendors.
You will play an important role in maintaining security and confidentiality in the office. Your key tasks will include coordinating the shredding of confidential documents with vendors and collaborating with the building security team.
You will also be responsible for managing the meeting rooms to ensure that meetings with clients run smoothly. Additionally, you should be familiar with the use of AV equipment in the office and provide support for any related needs.
You will need to maintain and manage the inventory of office supplies and various items, as well as directly manage and restock some food items, such as beverages and baked goods, in the canteen.
You will need to quickly provide necessary items for colleagues working externally. If needed, you should be responsible for delivering documents and items to them through a delivery service.
Overseeing the mailroom is also an important task, which includes handling and sorting mail and packages, as well as preparing packages for delivery.
You will print documents directly in the office based on requests from colleagues, and binding them. If needed, you will also send printing requests to an external vendor.
Supporting the successful execution of various events organized in the office by setting up the space and providing necessary items is also an important part of your role.
You will also provide backup support for other office service team members when needed.
