The Office Services team is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our office environment. This includes vendor management, maintenance, reception, Health and Safety (EHS), Free Trade Zone compliance, emergency response, communications, and co-organizing site-wide events. We collaborate closely with all onsite teams and functions, primarily serving internal clients but also supporting visitors from other offices and engaging with external vendors.
As an Office Services Assistant, you will work closely with internal clients, guests, vendors, and various teams within our firm. You will collaborate with department managers and teammates across a range of office services areas to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Additionally, you will interact with cleaning and security staff, as well as coordinate logistics for visiting guests.
