The Office Services Coordinator performs a variety of administrative activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and appearance of the office. You will be working with a local team, playing an active role in all aspects to ensure the smoothness of office operation.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. You will handle tasks such as ordering and restocking office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all office equipment is in good working condition. You will also plan and execute office events, working with hotel and vendors. Additionally, you will be responsible for reception duties, handling overall Client Service Team support including printing and binding, as well as office insurance management, managing office vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner as well as oversee team performance.
As an Office Services Coordinator, you will be the key contact person for all office-related inquiries and requests. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees, internal clients, and external stakeholders. Your ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work under pressure will be essential in managing competing demands and meeting deadlines.
