Are you driven by the opportunity to tackle complex challenges and work alongside top leaders? Do you want to be part of a team that delivers outcomes that others simply can’t? If so, you’ve come to the right place.
You will join our Brussels office as part of our McKinsey Transformation (MT) team which spans across functions - design, development, delivery, management and client development.
You will have a specific focus on McKinsey’s Wave Solution, a digital product that enables clients to successfully manage improvement programs and transformations. You will be an active member of the product and technology team, working together with other Product Owners to evolve the platform and ensure it continues to exceed client expectations.
Our Product & Engineering team, consisting of 65 colleagues and external workers, is responsible for building Wave, a cutting-edge software-as-a-service (SaaS) product used by 100,000+ client users every month across hundreds of clients globally. We are constantly innovating, such as with the recent launch of our Wave’s GenAI-powered Virtual Coach. We are looking for new Product colleagues with a strong entrepreneurial drive to help us continue to grow and innovate.
If you are looking for a new challenge close to technology, want to collaborate with Tech colleagues, and be hands-on in owning a piece of Wave’s roadmap and building product features from the ground up, we would love to hear from you. You will be building a software product that is changing the way our clients manage their transformation programs.
Applying user-focused principles, you will engage with users and internal stakeholders to conduct user research and draw insights required to inform perspectives on product value, usability, or feasibility.
You will identify pain points in product usage, write user stories, create wireframes, groom stories with developers, test improvement ideas, and document results.
You will use this to help define, build, and prioritize the product backlog. You will also support product documentation by translating complex technical information into end user-friendly help content, including text and supporting graphics. This is a key enabler in adoption and user experience.
As part of these efforts you will prepare meetings or other activities, alongside product communications to a broad range of stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the team.
