Your Impact

You will have the primary responsibility for running PD tools, ensuring they are updated, and delivering support to PD colleagues at all levels.  
You will develop fluency in the firm's people systems and digital tools is an essential part of the role, enabling you to input data related to colleagues and ensure it is updated accurately and in real time.
In this position, you will communicate weekly updates and reports to consultants and leaders, covering staffing topics such as assignment confirmations, extensions, releases, vacations, and recovery days.
As a part of your role, you will manage Client Development hub assignments.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the PD team, including planning and executing staffing and developmental processes. 
Designing, conducting, and syndicating analyses on people-related topics will also be part of your role, and you will suggest potential actions based on the results.
Finally, you will collaborate on additional initiatives related to development, feedback, connectivity, experience, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Your Growth

You will join the Iberian office Professional Development (PD) team to co-create an unrivaled environment for exceptional colleagues, supporting their development and experience.
As a member of the team, you will provide all Professional Development colleagues with systems, data and analytical support.
You will be responsible for managing a full range of staffing and people initiatives for Iberia consultants. The team works in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with other teams to deliver meaningful innovation in people development and experience.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration & Management, Statistics, or similar focus
  • Technical, analytical and data management skills (proficiency in Excel would be highly valued)
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple processes and projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Eager to collaborate with a team (often virtually) and to engage in independent work
  • Collaborative colleague with a positive team spirit and an eager to learn attitude
  • Language: English. Spanish/Portuguese is a nice to have
