Who You'll Work With

Visual Graphics & Media is our firm’s communications design department supporting all our consultants in creating impactful communications assets.   
The Program Manager Chapter/team is organized to partner with leaders and teams to enable successful strategic execution by bringing a different pace and rhythm to program/initiative execution process. The Program office also identifies and captures value by enabling the organization to propel forward and instill a new culture of delivery. 
Working within an empowered and driven Program Management team in the VG&M organization, you will work with a range of leadership members across impact levels and stakeholder groups and play a central role focused on proactively driving the strategic execution by ensuring that the initiatives, workstreams and/or programs consistently deliver the business value.

Your impact within our firm

You will lead the execution of initiatives, workstreams, and programs with a focus on technology-driven and digital products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, user researchers, and data scientists, you'll ensure alignment with business goals, efficient execution, and high-quality outcomes.  
You'll gain a deep understanding of the strategy-to-execution model, actively engaging with transformation squads during both strategic planning and execution phases. Your role involves leading high-performing initiatives end-to-end, addressing challenges creatively, and considering the bigger picture to guide your own work and support others.
As part of your responsibilities, you will co-create program objectives for transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to governance processes. Advanced program management skills will be key to navigating a dynamic environment and reprioritizing tasks as needed.
You’ll also build trusted relationships with stakeholders, proactively driving strategic execution, and contributing valuable insights to the Program Management chapter.
Day to day responsibilities:
  • Managing and executing initiatives/programs, including defining scope, ensuring adherence to scope, and success criteria 
  • Driving impact by developing initiative level objectives and key results and contributing to the program level objectives to ensure alignment and impact delivery 
  • Coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and ensure initiative/program success. 
  • Leading the quarterly planning sessions with the squads across multiple initiatives/progress to regularly align on quarterly focus (OKRs), product backlog prioritization and manage interdependencies  
  • Monitoring initiative/program performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and making data-driven decisions
  • Ensuring effective communication and alignment between different teams involved in two or more initiatives/programs 
  • Ensuring that the squads run effective scrum ceremonies aligned with agile delivery of product development and scale 

Your qualifications and skills

  • University degree 
  • 3+ years of working as a program analyst/lead with program/project management background within blue chip organizations 
  • Agile and program management certifications preferred 
  • Advanced knowledge of PPT, Miro, Excel & Program tooling Jira/Jira Align
  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills
  • Proven team leadership and organizational skills 
  • Advanced project/program management skills  
  • Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills 
  • Ability to work with limited guidance & tolerance for ambiguity  
  • Knowledge of business & firm operations is a plus 
  • Challenger mindset  
  • Team player in a cross-functional set up and highly cooperative
