Your Impact

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will organize events to attract top students in the Netherlands.  

Join our Amsterdam recruitment team, dedicated to bringing exceptional talent to our office. In this role, you will focus on campus recruiting and organizing student events, collaborating closely with our five-member recruitment team, consultants, and the entire office.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to attract top talent from universities, managing relationships with student and study associations, and coordinating recruitment events that reflect McKinsey's values and culture.

This is a fun and exciting role if you enjoy connecting with students and bringing creative ideas to life through engaging activities.

Your qualifications and skills

■      Currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands

■      Strong organizational skills, with a passion for presenting and engaging with students

■      Collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude

■      Ability to build strong working relationships with students, consultants at all levels and recruiting colleagues

■      Effective communication skills in both English and Dutch, verbally and in writing
