Who You'll Work With

You will be based in Madrid or Barcelona as part of the S4G team, the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice within McKinsey.
The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management. Together, with the most powerful CRM tool in the market, Salesforce, we create unique, high-impact solutions for our clients.

Your impact within our firm

You will actively engage in the leadership of the Salesforce technical practice, ensuring the design and development of impactful and scalable solutions through the definition and implementation of SW methodology and best practices.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Undergraduate degree or master's degree
  • 8+ years of work experience in Salesforce development projects ( Visual Force, Apex, LWC...) 
  • Aptitude: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Software Architecture
  • Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, Data Architect 
  • Deep experience in the design and development of complex SW architectures
  • Technical leadership in all phases of the project, including diagnostics to ensure the design of impactful and scalable solutions over time for any type of industry/business process
  • Design, development and integration of impactful and scalable solutions over time for any type of industry/business process
  • Mastery of the platform and solid knowledge of other SW and Architectures that allows him/her to identify synergies and/or risks with the integration of other client solutions and to manage it proactively
  • Accustomed to interaction and involvement with/of the client in each phase of the project; guiding, accompanying and involving him/her in the decisions and/or proposals that ensure the success of the project 
  • Strong team leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving and client facing skills; ability to quickly process complex information and evolving entrepreneurial capabilities
