You'll be based in Bogotá as part of the Salesforce technology backbone of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice within McKinsey & Company, being a world leading Salesforce Consultancy ranked as a top 10 Salesforce Partner worldwide.

The Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management.

Your impact within our firm

Your essential duties and responsibilities in this role will include: interacting with customers to identify needs and provide value-added solutions, designing solutions and based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leading and guiding our customers on their digital transformation journey as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and nurturing long-term relationships. The functional role is also responsible of implementing use cases, making use of journey builder, automation studio among others.

Your qualifications and skills

  • 6+ years of business analysis/consultancy experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, conceptual knowledge about cloud technologies, Salesforce CRM, and expertise gathering requirements

  • Desirable: Marketing Personalization and/or Data Cloud knowledge

  • Medium level of AMPScript and basic SQL level for Marketing Cloud use

  • High level of oral and written communication, proactivity, customer orientation, result-oriented, and high organizational capacity

  • Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile)

  • Recommended Salesforce Certifications: Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Based in Bogotá, Colombia
