You’ll be a member of an IT team based in our Shanghai office, a part of our Secure Foundations function within the Tech Ecosystem.
This team manages and supports a new Cloud environment for users based in our Greater China offices. You will work closely with various teams across the Tech Ecosystem, as well as non-tech teams, business stakeholders and 3rd party IT vendors.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing and accessing user requirements for adequacy and completeness, while assessing and communicating impact of scope changes. You’ll be accountable for translating functional requirements to technical requirements. You’ll design and update technology components to meet both user and compliance needs. You’ll work closely with systems administrators on the implementation of technology products. You’ll review and be accountable for the overall development and integration of requirements. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all requirements and changes to commitment are communicated to all impacted team members and that project resources are used effectively and are provided with timely feedback.
You’ll perform maintenance and administration of core infrastructure and security components, including ensuring all documentation is captured in knowledge repository, performing standard maintenance on policies in security plan, and updating training materials. You’ll perform continuous monitoring, coordinating/performing routine system scans.
You’ll liaise with other IT teams for support and alignment and assist IT Operations team with complex problems, as well provide training to on core technologies.
