Your focus will be on measuring the value of customer segments globally and assisting banks in defining their strategies and value propositions towards target segments.
In this role, you will split your time between creating and developing proprietary assets and supporting clients and engagement teams with your asset-backed expertise, applying your work in client settings.
You will conduct deep-dive research on a variety of topics related to banking, customer demographics, and regional trends. Your ability to analyze large amounts of information swiftly and efficiently will be crucial as you communicate key strategic insights from these analyses to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will develop a variety of proprietary databases, statistical models, market models, and documents to aid in the decision-making processes of both our clients and McKinsey colleagues. This position will allow you to further build your skills in data analytics, critical thinking, synthesis, and product development while working in a dynamic business environment. Alongside direct exposure to clients, you will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from senior colleagues.
