Your Impact

You’ll work with the Game-Based Innovations Lab as part of cloud service and data applications team based in South America or Lisbon.  
GBIL focuses on developing rich, interactive, game-based assets for assessment, measurement, and learning. 
You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and the application of cutting-edge technologies to solve complex data problems between gaming and measurement. 

Your Growth

You will play a crucial role in developing, debugging, and deploying data applications using Python. This includes leveraging your expertise in cloud and container technologies, particularly Kubernetes and Python, to manage and operate applications in cloud environments.  
You will also design and develop reusable Python packages and build web applications using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django. 
Additionally, your strong proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL will be essential for effective data management and analysis, ensuring robust and efficient data solutions.
You will help develop, deliver, and evolve high volume data applications that serve traffic around the world. 
You’ll gain new skills in game design, analytics, monitoring, and cloud tech. 

Your qualifications and skills

  • Expert in Python: Strong experience in developing, debugging, and deploying Python applications
  • Cloud and Container Technologies: Familiarity with Kubernetes and EKS for managing containerized applications in the cloud
  • Web Frameworks: Expertise in web application frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django
  • Database Expertise: Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and Snowflake for effective data management and analysis
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
