Who You'll Work With

You will work with our Growth, Marketing & Sales Solutions team in our Bogotá, Colombia office. You will be a key leader of our Salesforce.com delivery team, a highly visible and fast-growing group launched from our recent acquisition of S4G Consulting (a Salesforce Platinum partner) and our strategic partnership with Salesforce. 
As a member of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice, you will help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics. Our clients benefit from our expertise in core growth topics such as branding, customer insights, digital marketing, CLM, pricing, go-to-market design, and sales management. Our people help clients build capabilities and transform into faster-growing, customer-centric organizations. 

Your impact within our firm

You will have four main categories of responsibilities: client service, people management, operational management, and leadership.  
For client service, you will support and enable the team to deliver client work at scale and in line with our standards. You will propose specific solutions tailored to the client’s needs within the Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem and complementary solutions. Additionally, you will advise on technical architecture solutions, including integrations, governor limits, and object modeling across the SFDC environment and other technical platforms. In people management, your role will involve growing our Colombia Salesforce delivery team to support client service across the Americas. You will recruit, mentor, and apprentice colleagues, enabling their long-term professional growth and solving day-to-day issues. Operational management duties will require you to collaborate with global leadership to set and execute the team strategy. You will oversee operational leadership matters such as planning, communications, team logistics, recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating. Finally, in the leadership category, you will be a core leader in our global Salesforce practice. You will connect the Growth, Marketing & Sales team with the broader community, supporting hub initiatives, and creating an exceptional environment for the group.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree; master's or other graduate degree is a plus 
  • 10+ years’ experience in IT consulting of which 7+ years spent in implementation of Salesforce.com 
  • Experience with key Salesforce clouds: Sales and Service Clouds; marketing and CPQ are a plus 
  • Experience in presenting and communicating SFDC architectures and development plans to C-Level leaders 
  • Demonstrated experience in agile delivery methodology in Salesforce projects 
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment, boosting achievement of short- and long-term objectives of team members 
  • Ability to work with functional designers to create solution definitions that achieve business objectives 
  • Experience in managing delivery on time and within budget, coupled with the ability to manage scope changes 
  • SFDC Certifications: SFDC Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant/Service Cloud Consultants or other key Salesforce clouds 
  • Supervisory or management experience of 10-20 person teams 
  • Strong evidence of leadership skills and demonstrated ability to coach and motivate 
  • High level of entrepreneurship, creativity, and resilience with the ability to take ownership and prioritize under pressure 
  • Business fluency in English and Spanish
