for individuals currently studying who self-identify as Black

McKinsey Canada Indigenous Student Award

for individuals currently studying who self-identify as a member of an Indigenous community native to North America, such as First Nations, Metis, or Inuk (Inuit) in loving memory of Jen Dryburgh

McKinsey Canada Women in STEM Award

for individuals currently pursuing a degree in a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) related field who self-identify as women

McKinsey Canada LGBTQIA2S+ Achievement Award

for individuals who self-identify as part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, which includes (but is not limited to) individuals who identify as gender-non-conforming, non-binary, or intersex

Six-month mentorship

A McKinsey consultant will mentor you and share advice regarding your academic or professional advancement. They will answer questions and help with interview preparation, should you apply for a role at McKinsey.
