Student Resources

Our undergraduates join us from many backgrounds. There is no “right” major or course of study. Our people do share some common qualities that include excellent academic performance, leadership abilities, and experience working on or off campus. We look for strong problem-solvers with potential. We will teach you the rest.

Our roles include:

Consultant - working across a variety of industries and functions OR focused on one specific function (e.g., digital, marketing & sales, operations, risk, and strategy & corporate finance)

Technical analyst - applying your technical skillset in software engineering, data engineering, or data science

Application process

If you apply to an office in the United States, there will be a portion of your application that asks you to rank your location, function, and industry interests. There are no right or wrong answers to the in-application survey - it is purely to help us learn more about what is most important to you.

If you apply to an office outside of the United States, you will indicate your location, function, and industry interests in the application.
