Felix is a partner in McKinsey’s Zurich office and leads the firm’s packaging and paper work in Europe. Operating across the entire value chain, he collaborates with companies and investors to develop sustainable growth strategies and achieve substantial performance improvements. He focuses on a wide array of functional topics, including commercial, procurement, sustainability, and strategy and corporate finance.

Some examples of his recent client work include:

  • accelerating the value capture plans of multiple transformations in the paper and packaging industry
  • helping build new sustainable packaging businesses with startups and incumbents
  • supporting numerous exit preparations and diligences
  • leading McKinsey’s work in the industry on graphic paper forecast, pulp perspectives, and plastic-to-paper packaging conversions and co-leading sustainability and performance improvements work

Felix is fluent in English and German and has spent significant time in Europe and the Americas.
