Pablo leads the Procurement practice in Spanish Latam and is one of the leaders in the energy and materials industry in the region. He joined McKinsey in the Bogotá office in June 2015 and moved to Santiago a year later.
He has extensive experience in procurement having worked across a wide range of industries, spend categories, and various projects, including transformations and spend optimizations. He has also ventured into the application of generative artificial intelligence (gen AI) in procurement.
Additionally, Pablo has deep knowledge in operations within the energy and materials sector (mining, Forest industry, gas and oil, and agriculture) where he has led holistic, operational, digital, and cultural transformations, as well as the implementation of machine learning and Lean or operational excellence.
